Dale is the Principal Lawyer and CEO of Ralph Lawyers. Having extensive business experience across a diverse range of industries including the Military, Security, Personal Protection, Investigations, Telecommunications, IT, Coaching and Training.
Dale began pursuing a legal career in 1999 when he enrolled in an undergraduate law degree at the University of New England. After being awarded his Bachelor of Laws Degree, Dale went on to complete the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice through the College of Law and, in 2016, was awarded a Master of Laws Degree by the University of Sydney.
Dale also holds a number of other academic and vocational qualifications including the Diploma of Security Risk Management (ACORMIS) and the Diploma of Policing Practice awarded by Charles Sturt University where he was admitted as a member of the Golden Key Society, for his academic achievement.
In 2003 Dale joined the New South Wales Police Force where he commenced General Duties at Parramatta. In late 2005 Dale transferred to the Police Prosecutions Command where he was appointed a Police Prosecutor. Dale then prosecuted a range of Criminal and Civil related matters throughout the Sydney and Western Sydney Regions.
In 2008 Dale transferred to the State Coroners Court where he performed the role of Advocate Assisting the Coroner. In this role Dale was responsible for investigating and assisting the State Coroner in Inquests and Inquiries concerning suspicious deaths, missing persons and fires. Dale was promoted to the rank of Sergeant and transferred back to the Local Court as the Head of Court in one of Western Sydney’s busiest Courts.
During his career Dale has received a number of awards including the Education Proficiency Medal for the Army Apprentices School, and in 2004 was nominated for the Rotary Police Officer of the Year award for the Parramatta Local Area Command. Dale is also the recipient of the Australian Defence Medal, The National Medal and the NSW Police Diligent and Ethical Service Medal, in recognition of his service to the community as a member of Military and Emergency Services Organisations. In 2015 Dale was admitted as a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Managers and Leaders (ANZ) and a Member of the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership
As a lawyer, Dale now assists clients with a range of legal problems across different areas of law including Family Law, Criminal Law, Employment Law and General Law matters. He is admitted as a Lawyer of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia, and is also appointed to the Legal Aid Panel for both Family Law and Criminal Law. Dale is also a Member of the Law Society of New South Wales.
